Moist cheesecake

It doesn’t get creamier: this moist cheesecake can be whipped up in no time and will be popular with the whole family! Easy to prepare and a guaranteed success!


For the dough
200 g flour
80 g butter
80 g sugar
1 egg
2 pinches of baking powder
For the filling
500 g cream cheese
5 eggs
2 packs vanilla pudding powder
150 g sugar
250 ml milk
2 cartons of cream


  • Step 1

    Put all of the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and knead into a smooth dough. Put the dough in the fridge (ideally overnight).
  • Step 2

    Grease a flan or cake tin with butter. Roll out the dough and lay in the greased tin.
  • Step 3

    Put all of the ingredients for the filling in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Pour the filling onto the dough in the tin.
  • Step 4

    Bake in the oven at 160°C (fan) for around 45 to 60 minutes (depending on the size of the cake tin). If the cake is still runny in the middle, leave it in the oven for a little longer.
  • Step 5

    When it’s ready, sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon on the top straight away.

This cheesecake is a favourite for both me and my children. It’s also really quick to make. It reminds me of my childhood. My grandmother and my mother used to make it for me.

I work on reception in Böblingen. My duties include signing in visitors, taking phonecalls, incoming and outgoing mail, hiring pool vehicles, etc.I love working on reception because it's very varied and I get to meet lots of nice people!
